Ingredients

Crust

  • 200g graham crackers, crushed (or any of your preferred slightly sweet cookies)
  • 100g unsalted butter, melted

Filling & Topping

  • 400g strawberry or raspberry yogurt
  • 250g fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

Preparation Steps

Making the Crust

  1. Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a sealed plastic bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers with the melted butter. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand.
  3. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of your pie mold to form the crust.
  4. Refrigerate the crust for at least 10 minutes to set.

Assembling the Pie

  1. Pour the strawberry or raspberry yogurt into the chilled crust and spread evenly.
  2. Arrange the sliced fresh strawberries on top of the yogurt in a decorative pattern.

Serving

  • Refrigerate the pie for at least 30 minutes before serving for best texture.
