Preheat your oven to 180°C.

Melt the dark chocolate and butter together either in a double boiler or in the microwave. Stir until smooth and combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk the whole eggs with the sugar until the mixture whitens and triples in volume.

Gently fold the chocolate and butter mixture into the eggs and sugar using a spatula.

Sift the flour over the mixture and carefully fold it in, scraping the bottom and sides of the bowl well.

Pour the batter into a 24cm diameter silicone cake pan.

Bake for 25 minutes until cooked but still fudgy inside.
